Do you also have a whole bunch of records? Do you sometimes put on one of the older albums and think: ‘Oh, how I loved this album! I listened so damn much to this record!’?
On an easy Sunday I want to sit back and listen to one of my older favourite records and reminisce.
The first record to kick of this series is Vaudeville by the Belgian band Circle.
It’s a shame I never saw these guys live, but the least I can say that I absolutely loved this album. From start to end. A masterpiece! I’m not going to review this album, I just want to share this awesome music with you so you can sit down and listen and enjoy it as well, hopefully as much as I do! No worries if you don’t have the physical album, Circle has a Bandcamp page!
Not sure what every one of Circle is doing right now music-wise, but I got to photograph singer Dries with Overlord in December 2018 at the Ancienne Belgique and he’s also in a band called Loud Love. Hope to see and photograph this band this year!
