On Sunday 12 August I was at the last day of Ieperfest this year. I love this smaller festival because all food is vegan, because it’s the cleanest festival ground I’ve been to so far and because some great bands play at this festival. It was also nice to meet some of the people at the More Than Music tent, like my friend Jessica from Monsieur Gustave and people from some other ngo’s like Bite Back and Sea Shepherd. It was also nice to see Tempest play for the first time after meeting singer Giacomo on a Sea Shepherd ship in Antwerp a while back. Ieperfest is a really nice festival if you like heavy music (or if you like vegan food).
